Something awesome this way comes!

adamdidthis

After months of planning it's finally getting underway. Most of the hardware has arrived and that means I can start the build. I will post more details tonight after work but for now I will just put this up.

I like the look of that case a lot.  What's the machine to be used for?

Just a quick update today.

Put one of the rads in with fans so I can mock up the res design. Will be doing the drawings tonight to send to Jim (@OrangeClockwerk) so he can let me know when he can build it.

I also managed top get one of the blocks on on the currently unused GPU. I don't use it at the moment as the stock cooler on it makes it triple slot and in crossfire they get too hot due to lack of room between them.

  • 2 weeks later...

Part of my build is also updating my man cave (well my corner of the lounge).

So a new desk, keyboard, mouse and some speakers were put in. And today the new monitor showed up.

I know I should be doing them myself but I genuinely just don't have time at the moment, I'm working two jobs as it is.

More to come tomorrow, hopefully some reservoir porn if Jim Weist can get it cut.

And the res is underway, the work is being done by Jim Weist from Clockwork Orange Mods. @OrangeClockwerk

This is the first of many jobs that Jim is cutting on his brand new self built CNC machine. His work is top notch and he is awesome to deal with.
