Which one is more effective? :D

H100i, it also moves the heatsink to the edge of the case to have the heat blown straight out, this helps to keep the temperature inside your case down as well as the cpu.

I'm Having Trouble choosing a CPU cooler

Can you suggest Some For Me?

Here's my Build Plan: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hVV2WZ

Are you looking for a water cooler or air cooler? for water i would suggest the corsair H100i like Askew and for air i would suggest the Coolermaster 212 EVO, I use it myself and I can really recommend it.

I'm not trying to be an expert, just trying to help where i can. You can freely decide if you like my advise or not.

Case NZXT Lexa S, CPU Intel I5 2500k, GPU HIS 7850, Motherboard Asrock Z77 extreme 4, Memory Kingston HyperX 1600MHz 8gb, HDD WD 500gb, SSD OCZ 65gb Cooler Coolermaster 212 EVO PSU Corsair CX600

Get the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3. It performs about the same as the H100i, yet is about 30 dB.

They both also cost around $100, just make sure it is compatible with your case.
