Intel Haswell C-States / Power Supply Compatibility

Hi, I am about to build a new rig, but I bumped into a little problem.

 

I want to be able to take advantage of the low power c-states that the Intel Haswells enable.

But I can't really find a power supply (650W) which is compatible with those c-states.

Do all new power supplies support these states?

Can you recommend a good power supply which supports the low power c-states?

The states are controlled on board, all power supplies that feed standard ATX power will work.

 

For a good quality 650W PSU that has a nice price tag I recommend the SuperFlower Golden Green HX 650W.
