6.5/10  NIce shot but its just not sharp enough.  I'm not sure exactly why but the image is too soft.  It feels more like a vacation snapshot than a photograph.  Not that that's really a bad thing because it looks like you may very well have been on vacation.

If the image was sharp and focused right I would give it an 8/10 or an 8.5/10

I'd guess it's either frost on the lens, result of photomerging or high ISO + excessive noise reduction.

No chance of frost, I'm in New Zealand and it's summer No photomerging but maybe I did noise reduction in Lightroom but I'd have to check, though the photo was taken at ISO-125, but the 50D's noisyness is simply horrible.

6/10 Too much going on in the background, plus the glare on the sides of the car is a bit too much imo (especially considering the strong shadows up front).

Yeah, like I said, it was with my Razr Maxx, so I didn't expect much more...but I was honestly surprised with the outcome as it had an impressionistic feel to it, which is the only reason I didn't delete it on the spot.

8/10 I like the feel of it and it's a good angle. Only things that bother me are the person on the left and some of the highlights are a bit blown out (track especially). Looks like a cool place though!
