6.5/10  NIce shot but its just not sharp enough.  I'm not sure exactly why but the image is too soft.  It feels more like a vacation snapshot than a photograph.  Not that that's really a bad thing because it looks like you may very well have been on vacation.

If the image was sharp and focused right I would give it an 8/10 or an 8.5/10

I don't know really why. Could be the lens or even maybe the camera.

I'd guess it's either frost on the lens, result of photomerging or high ISO + excessive noise reduction.

No chance of frost, I'm in New Zealand and it's summer :P No photomerging but maybe I did noise reduction in Lightroom but I'd have to check, though the photo was taken at ISO-125, but the 50D's noisyness is simply horrible.

It is the dust or moisture in the air.

7/10 only case the people in the background right next to the car and how close the car is to the bottom of the frame.

6/10 A little bland for my taste. Nothing that really catches my eye.

6/10 Too much going on in the background, plus the glare on the sides of the car is a bit too much imo (especially considering the strong shadows up front).

A picture I took with my Razr Maxx a couple of years ago. It's so crappy/grainy I actually like it as it reminds me of french impressionism.

4/10 It's not a half bad picture, but it's lacking colour, no clarity and very grainy (Maybe that's what you were going for?) I can only just make out the Eiffel Tower. It kinda does remind me of impressionism, but not quite... If that makes any sense.

Yeah, like I said, it was with my Razr Maxx, so I didn't expect much more...but I was honestly surprised with the outcome as it had an impressionistic feel to it, which is the only reason I didn't delete it on the spot.

9/10, Effects and detail are nice, just for my eye though it can use more color.

7/10, very good shot, the lens flare and uneven sky seem to be the only things that don't fit in the scene.

had my first attempt on photoshop in a longtime, let me know what you think of it.
