Safe to use 1.65v ram on haswell?

Is it safe using 1.65v on haswell i7 4770k and msi z87-g45 mobo?

I spoke with a intel supporter he said it would kill CPU and void warranty, i spoke with a supporter from the shop i bought my pc he said it will not void warranty using X.M.P 1.65V, Since i got 2400MHz 1.65V ram i want to get full out of my money so i really wanna use 2400MHz, but is it safe? - intel supporter say no 10-20 forums says it's safe for other people that have the same question. So is it safe using it? will it affect lifespan if so how much?.

Ty in advance - Nick

Stresses the power circuitry a bit more, but it'll run fine on most good boards.

1.5v is ideal though and that's the spec.

The most I've seen is 1.8V, 1.5V is what a lot of RAM runs at, some is under, some is over.

I have only seen 1.8V on DDR2
