EDIT: Sometimes there are Visa or Mastercard discounts.  If you sign up and pay using Visa Payment, or MasterPass you get an additional 10% off.

$60 for a brand new 240mm AIO that is on par with the H100i, that's an amazing deal. I purchased the 240M about a year ago and it is still running strong.  My only complaint about this unit, and most other AIOs is that the aluminum housing of the radiator tends to strip easily the more times you remount the cooler.  So be gentle, and be aware of this.  Nothing a $6 tube of threadlocker can't solve, but I thought I'd mention it.

Here is my personal review of the Cooler Master Seidon 240M, compared to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.

I wanted to point out that you can get the 240M for $56 after using the MasterPass discount and $25 MIR.

$56 for a brand new AIO that performs as well, and some reviews show better than the H100i.  The only thing I dislike about the 240M is that the warranty is only 2 years, compared to 5 years for the H100i.

Only a few more days of this deal.  After owning this AIO for a week, I am blown away.  I have been doing countless tests comparing the temperatures at different settings, and have nothing but rave reviews for this thing, especially for only $55!!  Only complaint is noise, which you can always use that $25 rebate card for some better fans, but honestly, at 1200rpm it is not noticeable, and provides much better cooling than a CM212 EVO w/ 2 Fans at full speed.

Mine just arrived a couple hours ago, and its working pretty nicely....staying around 50ºc during prime95. Certainly an improvement over the stock cooler, which was at around 70ºc.

My only issue....it took like two hours to install the stupid thing...Cooler Master and/or Corsair thought it would be funny if the mounting screws were too short/the radiator/fan mounting holes were too big. *sigh*

Glad you like it, I've noticed major improvements across the board.  Playing BF4, I used to see the rare high of 70C while using my CM 212 EVO w/ 2 Fans in push/pull @ 1250rpm, now the highest I've seen is 50C with the 240M. I have found that running both fans at 1200rpm and the pump at 1050rpm my machine is silent and my temperatures are incredible.  Ambient temperature is 24C.  I also bought some Gelid GC-Extreme to try out, hoping for another 2-3C drop.

My Idle temperatures are crazy good too, I mean, look at those lows!  It is below ambient which I didn't think was possible:

P.S. Time to edit your profile, no more frowny face stock cooler!

Just finished installing it, so didn't get a chance to fine tune things--just dropped rpms down to around 900 on the fans and 1500 on the pump--just so I could think :) I was planning on swapping out the fans for quieter ones....but considering how much of a pain in the ass it was to install, I don't think I'll be doing that. (The mounting holes at the top of the 350d are larger than the screw heads with no rubber anti-vibration piece, and the seidon screws are too short with the rubber piece...So, I had to put both fans in and hold them in place while I mounted the rad behind them....)

Now time to play around with some oc'g.

/Done.

Ahh that is a hassle.  My 240M doesn't even fit inside my case, I have it outstretched a little with the side panel open. My case is an absolute trainwreck though, Ultra Defender II. I couldn't even fit the 212 EVO inside the case without leaving the side panel off!  I will be upgrading to the Phantek Enthoo Pro really though.

Have fun with the OCing, remember to set voltages to manual!

The deal has expired...

The Dark Rock 2 is on sale for $30, that is a very good price for such a powerful CPU Cooler.

Wait to see if it will go on sale again, it has gone on sale twice in the past month.

I wouldn't go for the Thermaltake.. I have personally had bad experiences with Thermaltake as a company, and just looking at the product description and reviews doesn't do anything to change that.  Only a 1 year warranty, compared to 2 for the 240M and 5 for the H100i.

Anandtech did a review on it, not that impressive.  Wait and pray that the 240M goes on sale again or wait for the H220X.

Awesome, except that my case wouldn't fit one. Plus my upgrade will involve a Xeon so no overclocking.

Is this the expandable one? If so I might be tempted to grab one and add in my gpu to the loop in my Ncase.

No.

Swiftech H220/H220x is the expandable one.

Not expandable, but for $56, this is an AMAZING cooler.
