*all games like crysis, far cry,BF3 4, metrolastlight. You get the picture

Hmm... yes you can.

Why do you want an i7 anyway? and if you do get a i7 4790k and a Z97 Mobo

What is your budget, and what is your location?

Also, instead of going SLI, go for one more powerful card.

If you're just gaming, all you need is a 4690k. And get a Z97 chipset board.

Why the keyboard with a touchpad?

Also, ugh, that case is pretty cheap. Get something a bit better. H440

Also for gaming, you only need 8GB of memory, but I think you have a budget where 16GB is okay.

Build: CPU: Intel Core i5 4690k | CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo | Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5 | RAM: 8GB G-Skill Ares 1600Mhz CL9 | Storage: 120GB Samsung 840 Evo + WD Blue 1TB 64MB Cache + Seagate Barracuda 2TB 64MB Cache | GPU: MSI GTX 960 | Case: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer | Power Supply: EVGA 600B Non-Modular |

Get a Z97 motherboard, ditch the SLI for a single 780 Ti, get a cheaper AIO like the Corsair H110.

If you wish to keep that build, you should be able to get all games at Max 45+ FPS.

nice list indeed.   As soon as I get some money,  I will go by this list minus all the parts I already have.

if only the 780's had 4gb and 512bit bus.

Although the Kraken X60 Compatibility Guide lists the 300R as X60 compatible it really isn't. There is simply not enough space for a 52mm high radiator and fan assembly without hanging below the top of the motherboard. If one looks at the Corsair 300R Tech Specs the only Corsair radiators listed as compatible are 120mm units. If you change to a case that is better suited to an X60, you might want to consider the X61 which is a refresh of that cooler.

Instead of two GTX 770 get a single gpu. I would suggest a GTX 780 or R9 290, but if you really want to spend the money GTX 780 Ti or R9 290X would offer a bit more performance.

EVGA 220-G2-0750-XR, EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR, SeaSonic SS-750KM3, SeaSonic X-850, or XFX P1-850B-BEFX would be better psu choices than the a Corsair RM series unit. With a single gpu you could consider a smaller psu, something in the 550W - 650W range.

An i5 and 8GB is generally considered sufficient for most gaming. I would suggest going with a Haswell Refresh cpu (i7-4790K or i5-4690K) and a z97 motherboard.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
