Noctua Industrial PPC Fans

I bought multiple of them so no, maybe your hearings are bad

Silent bearing = bad fan? I don't think so.

Love the video, thanks!

You mention reducers with the iPPC, but on Noctua's site they say reducers cannot be used with their industrial fans. I really need to get down below 1000 rpm, in an insanely trying environment. The iPPC 120mm is what I'm looking at, plugging in to the wall with a 12v plug adapter. Help on the reducers please? Are they ok to use, if so where can I buy? Thank you in advance.

Their reducers dont have enough wattage on the resistor. You could easily make your own that or just feed it a lower voltage to begin with.
