This is a solid case for a gamer or really anyone with a pretty powerful PC that needs solid cooling and features, and it comes in at a pretty solid price point with looks that I personally think are a strong selling point.

Almost got this case but I decided on the NZXT H440 though. This is still one of my favorite cases.

I like seeing things like this reviewed. I wont buy one, HOWEVER, It doesn't mean I don't want to know about it.

 

I like watching videos like this, so that when someone says "hey, what should I get?" 

I know what to say, I can tell them "Get the 230t" or don't.

 

I watch these videos to help myself know the market, rather than all for purchasing decisions.

I would like more reviews of special cases, not expensive only but just more special, such as Corsair Air 540 and H440 and those types that moves away from the mold

I definitely like a combination of high end and entry level stuff as I wont be buying high end stuff any time soon, and if I buy something now it will most likely be entry level.

You could still fit a 30mm thickness rad on top... Oh btw is it powder coated or what?  Paint seems durable to me.

I prefer videos on stuff that's moderately high end to very high end.  When I was case shopping I didn't bother with the low end stuff since it felt like most were making compromises like lack of rad support or missing rubber grommets.

 

When I finally bought my Phantom 630, the only other option I had considered was the Enthoo Primo.   I don't case swap often so I like them to last and don't mind a premium when i can afford it.

 

I did refer back to the LTT videos on the cases when making the decision.

Linus everything you guys do is interesting to me. I really like seeing these low end videos, they help me when I'm trying to help friends with more value oriented builds that still look nice and don't slice us up on entry

Linus i would lime to say that i think the mid range is the best spot to be as it apeals to the most of us, but i also think that to much mid range is bad like say there is that 1 ssd i really like so im going to save for it for moths i like that rather that just pulling money out of my pocket to get a 20$ Ssd that sucks

I like both high end stuff and the value stuff. I tend the buy the high end stuff but it's nice to know what value stuff is good for when my friends ask about building a budget PC.

But in all seriousness, I love the reviews of the lower end stuff, I mean I wouldn't have thought this case was as good as it actually is considering the price point that it comes in! These types of reviews show budget enthusiasts that there are great products out there that don't break the bank. A lot of members on this forum are into the best of the best but I think the majority of us are into bang for the buck products that still look tasteful while getting the job done, and this case definitely fits snugly into that category. I for one loved the 'value gaming pc' videos that you put out a little while back, because it gives me a template to base my recommendations around for friends and family that are looking to jump into PC building.

Bottom line, keep the value oriented videos coming, because let's face it the majority of buyers are looking in that price range anyways. A mix of 'extreme enthusiast' and 'average consumer' product videos is a must because most of us are on a budget but we still like to see some really nice eye candy mixed in!

I also think stuff in this range help us whom hang out in mew builds and planning alot and want to know budget stuff as the 800$- 1200$ is what i think we help out with most

I really do like these value-oriented reviews. Everyone reviews high end stuff, it's good to see some low to mid range stuff. Ballin' on a budget. Also, I appreciate you pointing out the included black cables, this is something that would make me purchase this over another case.

 

Minor thing, at 6:55 or so, when you are showing the motherboard tray, why is it grainy? Is it a youtube thing or maybe the lighting? Just a little thing that bugs me.

youtube thing. it's to do with what happens with high-detailed shots after compressing a video to shit like youtube does

I really like the mid-low end reviews, in a high end market it's more about the cool features, whereas in the lower end it's nice to be able to see a review and have someone say, "It's good. It's worth your money." Something that I really value as someone who can't afford high end, expensive products.

I like the value priced stuff a lot as there is a higher likelihood I'll actually buy it vs. when you do the high end stuff - it's a bit more special as it's like day dreaming...if only....I love reading Top Gear reviews for the Ferrari, Porsche, etc but I actually drive a VW Golf....same difference as your reviews. Actually you do kind of remind me of Jeremy Clarkson...in a good way...similar irreverent sense of humour though.

 

So yeah, keep doing the high end stuff and intermix it with some value and mid range stuff - I mean it's called Linus Tech Tips...not Linus Tech dreams...

I don't mind mid range product reviews. After all, that's what most people will be buying. Don't stop doing high end stuff though:)

Hearing about high-end hardware is always exciting, but not something a poor ass college kid could hope to afford. While a video like that is far more practical and usefull. I might pick this up for my first build. Love the Vids Linus.

I don't mind the lower-end stuff, I think they are actually really useful for people who are not interested in buying the most expensive cases.

I think a good mixture of videos about low end to high end stuff is good.  The high end products will be out of most people's price range anyways.  I think it's important to know that purchasing the most expensive item doesn't always mean you get the best value. And people would want to know products provide best value at certain price points.
