PCIe Riser Card Reader

I just thought of something I really want, but I don't know if it exists. I am looking for a PCIe riser that is an SD card reader. Something similar to the pic attached, but instead of USB ports, it has SD card slots.

What your picture shows is not a pcie riser. it is a normal pcie (or in this case pci) card. No riser. This would be a riser:

Anyways, what you are looking for doesn't exist in this form. The closest I could find  was a msata to SD card adapter which can be found here. 

I would suggest going just with a external cardreader. You can possition those wherever you want and don't need to climb to the back of your PC to change th SD card.

Easy, just buy that USB card you posted a pic of and then hot glue gun a regular thin SD Card reader that fits in a PCI slot next to the USB card, use the internal USB port. Done!

Does it needs to be fast?

If these don't help then just get a usb card reader and plug it into an empty port. It really won't take that much space anyways.
