$1300 MITX Gaming Rig

OmgHavoc

A friend of mine wants to build a Mitx gaming rig and saved up a $1300 CAD budget. It's %13 tax where we live so be sure to incorporate that. He won't be needing a OS or any peripherals.

His only request is that it's built in a Corsair 250D with a 250gb SSD (he doesn't need a HDD) and that it is Wifi compatible. He won't be doing any overclocking either and wants to try keep the case a bit quiet and stylish so no noctua's.

All builds are appreciated, thank you!

AMD or Nvidia preference? It can change the price/performance by quite a bit.
