Which high-end GPU for 2-3 years?

snootybuff

Okay, so i'm planning on building a beast of a gaming PC, and i'm wondering what GPU would be best and long-lasting for me, for high quality gaming (i have a 2560x1440 monitor already), video editing, non-lag streaming and photo editing, money is not a problem, until around $1100, so please give me your opinions, thanx :)

Two 780's will be perfect, they're perfect for 1440p imo.

Definitely go with the ASUS GTX TITAN Black http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IGH2D4K for your setup and needs. The TITAN Black will surpass other card setups for rendering and editing purposes and has plenty of horsepower to push a 1440p monitor.

If you want to go with an AMD option then Crossfired Sapphire R9 290 TRI-X's http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HJOXUKC are a phenomenal value.

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO, ASUS Maximus VII Hero, i7-4790K @ 4.5GHz, Corsair H100i, EVGA GTX 980Ti SC, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2X8GB 1866Mhz CL9, 2X Crucial M500 960GB, EVGA SuperNOVA 1050 GS, ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q w/ nVidia 3D Vision 2

As you've probably noticed, the answer here is: Dual GTX 780's in SLI.

You don't need more than that. Unless of course, you want to SLI 2 780Tis or Titans, which go ahead by all means, especially if you don't have any budget problems. It's all dependent on what you want to spend.
