Rust isn't available to the public to host, you have to use a server host to run a rust server.

Do you want to do it properly or compromise and use non server grade equipment?

X9DSRA, E5 2600 series Xeon, Kingston/Hynix/Samsung ECC DDR3 8GB chips, Intel 530/730/Sandisk X110 SSD's, Noctua Xeon cooler, Fractal R4, RM650W will give you a basic server in a tower case. You could also look at rack mounted units however I wouldn't be building them yourself as you can't manufacture the air guards ect.

X9DSRA board, 1620, 2620 or 2609 are all viable CPU's. You could look at dropping to the X10SAE and going with a 1230 or 1240.
