Should I go for it?

MexicanAnimal

Hi all!

I am building a small form factor PC, and I want a blower cooler design, I wanted a 780.

I was browsing through some local classified ads, and I came across a deal for a 780 Ti for $550.

It was bought locally, still has 2 years warranty, I think it's the EVGA Superclocked referance, because that's the only reference I could find locally, but I'm not sure.

This is retail price for it.

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance!

If it was me, I'd probably go for it. More performance at a lower cost = as good as it gets.

Good luck man.

I dunno mate, I'd be cautious because of the low price. Best off to go check it out before buying it. Plus there's no actual pics of it and limited info.

I wouldn't buy something at such a low price without making sure it's fine, and I'm gonna meet up with them tomorrow, so I'll make another post in the forum if I got it, it's such a bargain if it works fine :D

Yeah but to put it in perspective, an EVGA 780 goes for ~$680

With two years left on the warranty, which I think is transferable because EVGA is awesome like that.  If it checks out and everything is fine in terms of performance and temperatures, I would go for it.  As long as the warranty is transferable, you are golden.
