As far as I heard, they will get a dedicated TS server just for SC stuff. But I am not all to sure about this.

There will be an official TS further down the line. Everything is still being worked out, as you can imagine it takes time to get the backbone and such for such a large org.

 

Once it's all up and running, we'll let you all know.

It wasn't publicly announced. Only on the org chat. And only once. It was for testing purposes. But everyone is free to use it.

Well, they have both had their fair share of users. There has been times where peen.no-ip.biz has at nearly 20-30 members on at once when we were all playing games. Every night there are usually times with 10 people from LTT all talking in a channel. Obviously not as big as Looney's, but it still gets it popularity. 

 

We have a few well known members on there such as myself (don't mean to gloat, but I think I'm well known?) ShearMe, Lays, Nsyedhasan, TheSLSAMG, Wunderwuffle, DigitalNav, sometimes Kayn (but only recently), Megadave91, Lanoi and I'm sure a few others.

 

I'm not trying to argue that it's a better/bigger Teamspeak, just that it isn't as small as you probably think

 

But, no, they still aren't main Teamspeaks. Looney's is THE main Teamspeak.
