What is the best cpu heatsink <83mm height? Price really isn't a concern.

that looks like a good option, but it seems like it is almost too small. I feel there has to be a heatsink a bit bigger, as a bigger heatsink usually yields better performance

Which of the silverstone heatsinks do you think would be the better choice?

Also, can I mount a fan below the heatsink on the fanless one?

is this for a mITX build? If so, keep in mind, that not every cooler will fit in/on every motherboard case combo

Here's one. I have some CPU coolers in this form factor, they're very quiet unless you're maxing out the CPU. It doesn't have any memory clearance issues (it pretty much takes up exactly the socket area).
