My Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 won't update or install new apps

My tablet ain't working right lately. My latest issue is that it can't install or update new apps. I press download to install an app, but it just skips the downloading and goes directly to installing. When I come to check back on it's progress, it still says installing. Even after weeks, it still says installing. Nothing related to the app shows up in my notifications. I also notices this also happens when I try to update an app. It says installing as well. Since I can't do any updates, I can't use good apps, such as Appy Geek or IG. Also, that means no LTT app for me.

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

If Samsung Kies works for the Galaxt Tab 2 10.1 download it (on your pc) and backup things you want to keep, then do a factory reset/recovery

So I can put anything here?

Would a factory reset help? Also, will it revert to Android 4.0 ICS, the original OS? I had it at 4.3.

If it's at 4.3 try to update too 4.4 via Samsung Kies, might help...

Heck, come to think of it, I don't know where Kies is on my tablet. May have to do searching on it.

Samsung kies is a desktop companion app. You install it on your PC, not your tablet.

On ur TAB? Kies is a pc software from samsung.

Btw how are u running Android 4.3 o your tab 2 10.1 when it isnt realesed yet? Custom rom?

Well, I have another issue. I installed Kies on my system, and plugged in my tab into the USB, but the system doesn't recognize it. What do I do?
