Been wanting to upgrade for a long time and thats a pretty good deal REALLY wanted to wait till after my birthday though (29th of this month). I have the money to pay for it so thats not really an issue and the guy has 100% positive feedback.

TBH that doesnt make much sense ill get way more performance increase by upgrading to this than from selling my 7970 and upgrading to a r9 290 or something.

Also it says its new

I came here expecting a pic of a pretty girl, I am somewhat disappointed.

I would go for it! That or sell your current 7970 and get into a more current card.

It wouldnt make sense to do that in his position in which he already has a 280x if he didnt have any graphics cards then yeah getting a 290/290x would make sense over 280x CF

@Callmedragon If you feel like you need more performance then go for it.

Sure, if you feel you need it. Feels somewhat excessive though, I guess running Crysis 3 maxed out is important to some.

I would crossfire, doesn't scale too well, but it's worth it.

You've been wanting to upgrade for a very long time? But the 280X(7970 rebrand) just came out couple of months ago and both are still pretty beast in 1080p gaming....

You will have more problems with crossfire vs a single card though.

I completely and utterly disagree with you...

A 280x will give way bigger performance jump and also they have ironed out a lot of the problems with crossfire these days.  Be a very nice upgrade at a good price. Might get a little warm, but still, it's so worth it IMO.
