I'm a little bit confusing for now, so the game itself has sp and mp, and the rising storm is free for limited time, but the mp option is right beside the rising storm, so if I want mp I just click installed and ignore the rising storm?

As I understand it, Rising Storm is not stand alone. You basically pay to play the Rising Storm content.

 

Basically: If you want single player, download Red Orchestra single player. If you want multiplyer, download Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 multiplayer

You still have to buy rising storm BUT it will probs go on sale this weekend, so buy it then.
