Title says it all. Not sure whether for this budget i should go with IPS or not and also i kinda want speakers on the monitor just for casual usage.

This caught my eye on another post, is it good quality?

I wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't.

LG 23EA63V IPS monitor is amazing, I am running 3 of them, and wouldn't change to any other 1080p monitor. I use them for coding, watching films to playing games (Titan Fall, Minecraft, BF, CoD, Total War: Rome II) and everything looks brilliant on them.
