Need help cloning hdd into ssd

Just got a corsair force gt 60gb ssd and i want to use that as boot drive but since i dont have the windows cd, i saw linus using the intel migration software, problem is i have used so much of my hdd that cloning it to my ssd is not gonna fit, can i clone only the os?

Will i still be able to play all my games? If yes can you tell me how?

How? And i mean like which software to use to backup the data or clone only the os
