Is a 140mm radiator adequate to cool only my GPU (it's a gtx 780ti)?

Its not worth it getting a custom loop for only gpu and one 140mm rad imo.

Yes it is but so is a 120mm radiator.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
