Corsair 540

hypergod

Hi picked up a corsair 540 loving it so far just wanted to paint the top and front metal mesh green just wanted advice on what kind of spray paint I should be using and should I rough up the surface before painting

Attached some picks of what I currently looks like uploaded from my phone that's why they are sideways

I'm also curios how the bitfenix strip lighting compares to the cathode lights I'm currently using

Update the paint has been laid

File was to big to attach

I did my 540 with a blue finish. a good brand of spray can will do the trick. Make sure you prep the metal your painting. i sanded mine and then cleaned it with some white spirit.

Awesome! :] Can't wait to see the result. As well, I love the bitfenix alchemy led strips but I don't know if it's worth it to change from your cathodes. Maybe in a year or so when they start to "die" out.

As well, sorry nobody replied to much here. There are a lot of special paints out there, but just some spray paint will do fine.

I used montana gold myself and love it!

For a second there I was like "WTF he cut the bottom third of the case off and somehow attached it to that vertical wooden desk or wall or something".
