Should I Even Bother? (SG10 Sound Proofing)

So I have a SIlverstone SG10 and I love how small and compact the case is, but it has some poor sound isolation most likely due to its thin metal casing.  So I was thinking getting some acoustic foam to help dampen the sound, but I am skeptical on whether it will actually do much and will just be a waste of time and money.  Do you guys think it will actually do much? I don't think it will make a huge difference, but if it makes somewhat of a difference it might be worth it to me.

Something to consider might be it's affect on thermals, I honestly don't know anything about sound insulation but it's something to consider.

if you actually add a lot in and in a lot of areas rather than half assing it and adding a strip here and there, it should make a difference or at least muffle it.
