Novice overclocking confusion

So I recently overclocked my fx6300 through the bios of my board (asus M5A78L-M LE) by eight percent. That means from 3,5 it shound go to 3,78, which is what windows shows me. However applications like cpuz and coretemp suggest that all six cores are running at 4,1ghz.

 

the only thing i can imagine is that from the bios i disabled a feature called cool n quite and enabled and amd boosty thingy 

 

I realize this could be an unnecessary question but still coould yo elaborate me

take some pictures of ur bios settings (w/ a camera) and post them here.
