If she is pregnant, she should be staying away from cats...toxoplasmosis can be transmitted from mother to fetus..its contracted through cat feces, and up to 1/3 of the global population has been exposed to toxo, and may be chronically infected..

Let's not jump to conclusions without hearing an official announcement from Linus himself (or even Mrs Linus). It's also a possibility that Mrs Linus hasn't yet lost all of the weight she may've gained through the birth of their son.
