Could you by chance use this site? pcpartpicker.com I think it requires a email login (only once) but its free and what'not and easy to use @João Matos

What is your use case scenario? a estimate budget would also be helpful

Gaming: GTX 780.

I can be a cynical a**hole at times. I apologize if I cause any offence at those time. I also occasionally have issues communicating my point. Extreme introversion + Photographic memory + Some other things.

Desktop: i5-4670k - 8gb 1600MHz - MSI 7850

Laptop: i7-4810QM - GTX 870m - 8gb RAM

The GTX 780's has way more CUDA cores than the Quadro K4000's from what I can see, but the Quadro's would properly be better for video editing, as they are optimized for it, has ECC RAM and other features.

But they will properly suck at gaming. So I'll recommend the 780's, unless you need the premium features of the Quadro's.

If money isnt a problem get proper components. Not a 1200W psu if you're not even close to pull its half power potential or a locked i7 and a 900D if you're not even watercooling it.

I cheaped out on the RAM because ram sticks would be mostly hidden, went for the gigabyte board since its mostly black but if you have the feeling to get a more expensive board go ahead but it's going to be a waste of money anyways. Took a 960GB thats agressively priced with excellent performance, get a 2nd if you need it. The EVGA 750 G2 is a better power supply than the AX1200i in terms of noise, the fanprofile the ax1200i has is garbage. I'd go with a FT02 rather than a 900D, kinda has the best airflow/noise ratio and its build quality is > all famous case manufacturers such as the boxmakers like corsair/coolermaster/nzxt etc.

You won't get any real performance gains from Quadros compared to GTX in gaming. Those are meant for industrial machines.
