1 or 2 screens, what works best for you?

Little question, thinking about using 1 screen instead of 2 because the LG one is sh*t and the Dell one is broken...

(Oh and dual monitors arent working very well in OS X)

atleast 2 is so convenient but if i had a 4k monitor i could probably live with 1.

Are you not using Mavericks? I remember the old versions used to blank the other screens but not any more

2 screens, helps with work to have double the room.

 

Was fine with 1, until I used 2 extensively now wouldn't swap back. Would like another really.

The second you get another, you want to get more. Space is really helpful for work and for gaming.

i'd like to have 2 but i just have 1 atm. I think 1 isnt enough for me

I'll be upgrading to 4k at the end of the year or so and then i'll have the ~30" 4k + my 24" 1080p. That should be enough.

2 at a bare minimum. I have on in landscape and one in portrait (that pivots if I need it in landscape) as my default setup on my personal PC and I constantly find myself running out of screen space.

I have 6 on my office workstation, and on my next build I will be using 5 or 6.

The point is aspect ratio not resolution.

I'm all for lots of screens but what in the world are you doing to need at least 8 screens.

I used 2 for a bit, but now that I have a 1440p 27", one is enough.

I used 2 at work for years, a couple of months ago I upped to three, its pretty great.

 

At home I have never had more than one, until this weekend I bought two brand new P2314h's now I am up to two monitors there too.
