Go with the m500; it has a faster controller and no nasty tricks like ncache.

So as the title says i dont know much about ssds with the whole write and read speeds and iops etc can someone just tell me what is better?

Go the sandisk drive, or even better spend $14 more and grab the X210 which has top reviews:

i would but i have to buy 12months of xbl too which is $80 and if i was going to spend $109 i would probs go with the kingston hyper x 3k that is like the fastest drive in its price range from the specs point.

I'd still recommend the X110 if that's the case. I've used a 240GB Sandisk Drive for 2 years on an editing laptop (so it's hammering the drive) and it hasn't skipped a beat.

No its not. These specs are highly inflated.

hyperx 3k is not a relavent drive anymore.
