why are there three cpu coolers here ?

he is cooling his gpus with the aio-coolers.

go for faster memory. at least the 1600. some games like bf4 actually can use faster ram and upgrading later will be expensive. 16gigs is good though.

I wish I could just swap my old memory for faster ram.

at least here in germany, right now it almost does not matter whether you buy 1600 or 2400 ram. it is only a 10-20€ difference. I would go for 2400.

and do you really want speakers?  personally, i love my headphones.

seems like a solid setup.

The main thing I would point out about your build is to take caution when cooling your GPU's with the G10, as while there is a fan blowing down on it, your VRM won't have a heat sink on it, and so has been shown to get very hot, especially when over-clocked, which when your water-cooling, is probably something you'd want to do. If you really want to water-cool I'd go with a custom loop.

If you do decide to stick with the G10's, I'd buy some VRM Heat-sinks on Amazon or eBay and apply them with thermal adhesive.

I'd also change the RM1000 to an RM850 as even the 850W will be more than enough.

Almost 8 of 10 people that i asked was to leave the custom loop experience for many reasons and all suggested me the g'10 as the best solution..Its the first time that i heare having these issues though you have right about the vrm .....Is this a really big issue with the kraken g10's

I would drop the over priced motherboard to something slightly less expensive and spend that extra money on another ssd to put in raid 0 also swap out the 1366mhz ram for at least 1600mhz.

If you don't want to do either of them then I would at least drop to windows 7 but, that is just me as I still cannot get a long with 8.

So I spelt something wrong in my post... I don't care I don't read through what I write and I type very quickly.

Intel 3770k stock, MSI Z77A-GD65, MSI GTX 760, Corsair Vengence DDR3 1600Mhz 16Gb, Corsair RM 550W, Samsung 830 256Gb, some random hdds.

Do you actually want speakers for gaming? If not I would look into something different. Those Logitech or whatever company pc speakers are usually not very good for the money.  I would look into studio speakers. (Edifier R1900t or something similar)

When I asked on this forum, most people said that you should either go for an all out custom loop or just stick to air cooled GPU's for the safest results. Google the Kraken G10 as in most of the reputable review sites, they've found a huge temperature delta between the GPU and VRM. Its been enough of a difference to become a worry for them.

All I'd advise you to do is to take steps to ensure that your VRM stays cool. The only way I can see that happening is to stick copper heats sinks to VRM, which, with the fan blowing too, should be fine.

Bare in mind though that you probably won't be able to sell the cards on, at least not with their stock coolers on as thermal adhesive does what it says on the tin. It sticks hard and is a real bitch to remove.
