Need advice for case fans

Arctic F9 PWM CO.

My dad's PC is quite loud, and we've narrowed the cause down to his 92mm exhaust fan. I have some options for what we can replace it with, and would appreciate your opinion on which would fit the bill the best; quietest without sacrificing too much performance.

EDIT: You'll need the link, I guess.

Any of the Noctuas are the best choice in terms of sound/performance, but they're expensive.

The Fractal fans are surprisingly good, and the F9 is nothing to thumb your nose at.

If you have any other exhaust fans in the case, just get rid of the fan and have nothing there, it won't hurt  temps that much (barely any actually )

Aside from the stock intel heatsink, that's the only fan in the case at all.

That's fine. I've advised dad to get the ArcticCooling F9 that WoodenMarker suggested.

Dad just put the new fan into the case, and HOLY BALLS at the difference it's made. Aside from the fan on the stock intel heatsink spinning up, the case is damn near silent. Thank you so much for the advice.
