Simple basically told you to shut up because you don't know what you're talking about? I find that amusing.

Makes me wonder about what everyone thinks about quality speakers compared to quality headphones.

Linus since you talked about the AudioEngine A2+ and A5+ in this video, could you do a full separate video on them? I've been really thinking about getting a pair of them, but I'm wondering if the A5+ will be too big or will the A2+ sound good enough. Also with the A5+ I will need a sound card because I'm using some pretty brutal realtek internal audio so I'm not sure if I wanna spend more than $500 for a desktop audio setup. The A2+'s would be a lot cheaper for me since they come with a built in DAC so I'd really like to get your opinion on both speakers and see if they're worth it. If you can do that then thanks.

they swapped our beloved Linus

seems like there are 2 of them

or maybe the first bit was from 6 months ago and the 2nd was from recent past since in the first part he has black shirt and in 2nd he has the bro fist wan t-shirt

tho, i must say that the audio from almost 6 months ago is much better (pleasing to listen), or it's just me? :D

Kudos on not just putting the review out without the necessary experience of speakers at that price range. Audio went weird though (ironically) part way through, I thought that was an attempt to make a point there for a minute lol.

Yeah, I'd love a review of those speakers separately!

Apart from aesthetics and Bluetooth functionality you didn't test something every speaker has or has not. SOUND QUALITY!

I'm not an expert on the subject but a quantitative comparison of SNR over the hearing spectrum (or other metrics) with other similarly priced products (or cheap-ass 2.1 Logitech speakers from amazon for $30) would be nice before anyone shells out that kind of money ($300... are they insane?).

All I hear is subjective tests but correct me if I'm wrong.

Then we would know if your decision to review their product after their immature responce was correct and proffessional.

However I can imagine the difficulty in testing speakers and producing hard data for comparison.

Hey Linus & Luke, LOVE your channels. I'm going to take some flak for these advices, but don't grunt (e.g. tired, busy, chores to run, and etc) at the end of a review or during the WAN show.

Audience view your videos from different vantage points and circumstances. Outbursts of such nature might accumulate more irks than sympathy. When was the last time we truly sympathize with our employees, colleagues, or even friends' vital complaints?

Oh, and buy a large digital clock, place it behind the video camera to gauge your schedule. Please stop looking at your watch during the WAN show. It's mighty rude. We, Americans once fired a president for doing just that.

Warm regards.

Absolutely wonderful review, but too bad I use headphones :P

But what was with the audio part way through? which part was from which time?

Home is where the heart my desktop is.

Just buy studio speakers for less than half the price... M-Audio AV40's go for $150, albeit no bluetooth or fancy touch interface... but god.. just so much better
