Video Signal Degradation

i currently have a 5port sabrent hdmi spliter. is there a device that can split the video signal into multiple outputs from one input? The sabrent switch has 5 inputs and one output. i want to hook the switch up to the other device so that i have multiple outputs. will there be video signal degredation if i do something like this?

want im really wanting to do is plug all my devices into the switch then have the other output switch running to my tv and pc.

EDIT: i know they exist but what is a good one

Thanks!
