Fotmatting the drive does not remove everything on the drive?

So i just formatted this drive via the quick and long method and there is still a folder on the drive that i can't get rid of.

I did but it does not matter I actually have stuff in that folder so even if it does not go away i'm using it anyways.

go to diskpart then select the disk and then type clean

use dban to permently delete everything on the drive. Be careful though make sure your other HDD's are unplugged so it dosent accidently erase those too.
