Technical Difficulties on Windows 8.1

Hi! I have a Windows 8.1 laptop with a touch screen. When I use it however, there's like this thing that's touching the screen, as if someone was either swiping or clicking on one single spot on the screen. Also, when I game sometimes (I think) I press the button a lot like WASD and it just presses the same button for me again. So if I were moving forward a lot, it would be moving forward without me pressing the button!

Weird :/

Sorry, I'm really new so I don't know but how do I do this?

And how do I just check if anything needs updates in general?

Once again, I'm not really good with computers.
