At least at mediun settings ? Would it run good ?

Should be fine, I mean my 7750 for example can run bf4 at high with AA off at 1600x900 no problem at 40-50 FPS, so I think the GTX 650 should do fine.

I was wondering if the gtx 650 is good ?

Atleast it can run the games at a decent resolution

I already have this graphics card i will later upgrade to gtx770 or gtx780
