Teamspeak 3 Server port forwarding issue

So I'm trying to set up a teamspeak 3 server that I can host on my computer so it would save everyone some money. I have tried to port forward these ports 9987 (UDP) 10011 (TCP) and 30033 (TCP)

Also to answer some questions you are probably thinking:

Yes I can connect to the server using "Localhost" on teamspeak

Test it if the windows firewall is the problem, just disable the windows firewall.

 

If so, open the ports within the windows firewall.
