It's better than paying $200 for 10 fps. 

I wouldn't get the 780ti, I just wanted to add that most gains are minimal. The 780 is a beast of a card, that much is clear.

Same amount of

  • RAM
  • It's still GK110
  • memory buss
  • ROPS

And it's not always about specs. Spec for spec, an FX 8350 is better than an i7 cause more cores and more ghz

Two 760s costs about the same amount as a 780. If it were a decent amount cheaper I could see the case for SLIing them, but as it is the 780 makes more sense.

Go with 780 and if you can 780ti but if you didnt want to do that you could sli 770's ;)
