What do you guys think?

I tried Mavericks at the Apple Store and I gotta say, Im pretty dam impressed, so I would like to see a hardcore Windows guy like Linus try out OS X.

I've used macs for 10 years, I'm tired of the OS so I'm kinda happy I'm using windows now, although my dad was heavily against it (Anti-Windows kinda guy), But I would like to see linus use it

Even if tons of us vote for it, I doubt he would actually do it. Threads like these have been made time and time again "Linus please do xyz" and then the poll gets 100 votes to do it and nothing ever happens.

He did ask the community in the hackintosh build video.

Wouldn't it be hard to swap OSs?

 

Swapping a phone is one thing, but OS could change his whole workflow.

I'm not particularly interested in seeing that, and considering he uses Windows for his actual Job, I don't think he'd be willing to not use it for a week or more.

He actually said somewhere in the hackintosh video to comment where or not he should do a video of him trying out OS X.

Im sure most if not all the software he uses is compatible. And he's not a gamer.

Not going to happen.  He made a huge rant in a previous WAN show about how he absolutely hated using OSX.

Which is kind of ridiculous.  I'd love to know long he used it.

Well he asked the community in his hackintosh video, and should be alittle more open :P

Im sure it was his inner Windows fanboy inside of him talking during that WAN show, he REALLY should try OS X. :P

I use windows, gnu/linux and OSX. Honestly, the minute differences between the guis dont make that much of a difference. It all comes down to fanboyism.
