Look on the under side of it, if not worn away, probably something there...

Well if you are ultra lazy (like me) or the mouse is sans any decent labeling just do this:

1. Right Click My Computer (or Computer), select manage.

2. Expand and select; left column list Computer Management->System Tools->Device Manager.

3. In the Right panel expand Mice and Other Pointing Devices

4. Right click the Mouse/Mice you have and select Properties.

5. Click on the Details Tab

6. Under the Properties drop down select Hardware Ids

7. Now open up a browser and go to google.com (A stretch, I know right)

8. In the search box enter the Hardware Id, usually VID_###L#L#L# (# is a number and L is a letter, they can be anything), click Search

9. You'll find links with your mouse type.

Take some reading I know not the simplest way to figure it out but hey if you really want to know.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

This is NOT the signature you are looking for.

Yea, lets keep guessing.

But don't bother to actually read the hardware id...
