Amd Athlon or Amd A10-5800k? With dedicated graphics

Acoleman18

I have a friend on skype who built a new pc and he used this config-http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3oZ77. I looked at it and said to myself, Could i build a better rig for under 700? Well here is what i put together-http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3u02y.

Please answer what would be better. I do minecraft with shaders along with arma 2 and bf3. Which system would be better? Mine or his?

Thanks

2nd link is broken.

You included the word "together" in the link.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)
