Upgrading a secondary drive

So here is what I want to do,  I currently have an ssd and 2 WDblue 500GB HDD's  in my rig. the HDD are in a software RAID 1.  How can i clone the HDD drives to my new 2TB HDD while retaining the games, programs, and other data?

copy and paste the data over unless you want it to be permanently copying then i dont know how you would do that

i suppose there should be backup software that could do this

There is migrating software available. I use AOMEI which is mostly free, only a couple of the more exotic options are not available, but you will probably never need those. Here is a link for you mate -> http://www.disk-partition.com/articles/free-os-migration-software.html. Good luck :)

Thanks yall!I ended up copying everything over to the new HDD and relinking all of my origin/steam games.My programs still work!
