I can get the corsair m65 for $40 which idk if it is a good deal or not or pay retail for the G502.

M65 is a big mouse that my hands can't get a good grip on so bear that in mind, it has excellent software support and a really good feeling metal scroll wheel.

$40 for a M65 is a good deal. It's a very good mouse, although you should try and decide which shape looks more appealing to you.

I have the m65 and paid 60 for it so 40 is a great deal, it's a great mouse but you really shouldn't buy a mouse without trying it it first and it's to subjective to say one is better then the other.

I tested the g502 at Best Buy and let me tell you it is very comfortable, I fell in love with it and the scroll wheel oh myyy! However, $40 for a m65? that sounds like a good deal to me.

That a fingertip grip vs palm grip. The G502 is really nice if you like logitech's really ergonomic palm grip style like I do. Also I would look at the M45 over the M65.

Where could you test out the G502?

BestBuy had them instore before the online release date. I bought one like last week friday I believe. The preorders, at least for newegg, should have shipped on monday.

My Razer Deathadder 2013 has started doing that annoying 'not recognised at start up' crap. I'm done with Razer.

The G502 looks great, I think I'll pick one of them up once they get released in the UK.

The M65 has built in acceleration that you can't turn off. It drove me crazy so I sold it on eBay.

Are you going to make a review/unboxing of it?

Dude I wish I had the time. If I did I would as I have a bunch to say about it. I recently picked up a job and havnt had the time to even finish my 750 Ti FTW w/ ACX unboxing. Now its probably well past when that video would be useful and I kinda needed to put the card to use. I am working on a short Review/Overview for the G502 that ill post on the forum. Ive actually been meaning to do that for the last couple days or so.

M65 for $40?? For real? If I were you, I wouldn't hesitate. However, I already have an M65 and the only bad thing about it is that I can't use one of the macro keys for keyhold. For some reason the software only allows me to do something like a single keystroke, or continuous keystroke (more like continuous keytap, not a keyhold). Because of this, I couldn't map any macro key for in-game voice chat toggle. Other than that the mouse is great, the build quality is awesome, and it should last for a very long time. Mine has been running perfect for more than 1 year now. I use claw grip and it suits my hand perfectly even though the sniper button is a bit hard to reach, but I never used it anyway because 2 macro keys apparently is enough for me and those 2 macro keys above the sniper button are positioned perfectly.

Go for the G502 as it is a Optical mouse. Optical mouse is best for FPS gaming as it gets rid of any inconsistencies and move regardless at 1:1.

you dont really see any Counterstrike pro's gaming with a laser mouse, and that is for a reason.

If you are playing seriously with a laser mouse you will build bad muscle memory that will haunt you.

as said earlier the Corsair mouse has built in acceleration which also is very bad in FPS games.
