Hi, I am building my first gaming desktop and I am kind if on a tight budget of around 750$ and I have everything I want with 130$ left over for a graphics card and I was wondering what would be the best choice.

P.S. I dont care about power consumption or heat output  :)

P.P.S I have been looking at the 260X

Sincererly

Where do you live? We might be able to whip you together a better build keeping some of the components you want to keep for a better price. We just need to know where you can order from.

Oh shit, this doesn't count for all V300's, right ?

From what I hear the early V300's are the good ones. I have one, I get 540 MB/s both read and writes from a drive rated for 450 MB/s read and writes.

You can spend 30 dollars more and get a GTX 750 Ti and depending on the MoBo and case, later on you can buy one more GTX 750 Ti and do SLI.

Here's a link for one:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487028

He would be better off with a R7 265 which already beats the GTX 750 Ti for nearly the same price.

Don't bother with a h60, just use the stock cooler for now as you don't need to overclock.

I will be upgrading my graphics card in the future ( maybe another r9 270 in crossfire)

That is why I went with such a high wattage power supply

No, for their budget you can easily have a build with either a 760 or a 270(X). I recommend doing that over the 750 Ti.

You cant SLI GTX 750s

Yep, I didn't realize that lower end nVidia cards like the GTX750 Ti cannot do SLi, was surprised when I found out about it. Not sure about AMD lower cards doing CF as well....

I recently built a low end gaming PC.  I needed it to run BF4 BF42 Minecraft (Yes, I know) and be reliable for school and general computer use.

I had a near $600 price range, but i needed a monitor so there goes $100.

This is my system I got for  about $500

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750k @ 3.6 GHz http://goo.gl/uRbUju

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7770 GHZ Edition By MSI http://goo.gl/4bH1Yc

RAM: 4GB of Patrtiot RAM http://goo.gl/OfiyrN

CASE: Sentey something http://goo.gl/b9uD4Z

MOBO:MSI A88XM-E35 http://goo.gl/qCCuKv

PSU: Corsair CX 430 430 watt 80+ Bronze http://goo.gl/tT4HcM

Storage: I went with an SSD, but go with a 1T WD Blue or something

MON: Acer http://goo.gl/k9N1PE

It is a little over $500, but sales and promos let me get more for less.

BTW, dont get the case, it sucks to say the least.

I am going with the AMD side because I might be mining Bitcoins later down the line  and my friend told me that AMD's structure is better for mining Bitcoins

I am surprised no one has mention the FX-8350. Wouldn't it be preferable to the 4670k if he is doing youtube?

I am not fan-boying. I have a 4770K. Lol

CPU  i7 6850k

GPU: EVA FTW3 3080

Monitor: Dell 2716DGR +  another 1440p ultra sharp.

I would go 8320 if trying to save precious cash, otherwise the 4670K is a stellar chip.

Why don't you get a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo instead of a H60. It only costs around 30 $ and performes incredibly well for that price. And also you will save money for a better GPU. Also, go with a FX-8320, it performes similar to the 4670k and costs less.
