Help me remember the name of this game.

hello guys,

 

so there was a game that i used to play back in 2001-2004 not sure exactly when, here is what i can tell u about the game, its like commandos games, u have a group of 3-5 characters that each 1 have a specialty i remember there was a sniper and some other specialties, also the character use weapons/guns like commandos " i mean no swords and so on". 1 thing i still remember perfectly about the game, is that it have a tutorial that u could play, in the tutorial u are in a empty room and there is a door in the room that u could put explosives on it to destroy it.

 

the game is stuck in my head today, and trying to search for it Q_Q

i take that back it is fallout, my brother saw some videos and  i had to see more then i remembered it, thanks!!
