Usage scenario?

Do you need prephials?

Do you need a monitor?

I would skip on this "deal" if I were you. Even if you are not gaming that processor is rather weak and that mobo+cpu isn't worth the $250. For an apu, don't get anything less than an A10-5800k.

You can get an A10-7850K and this mobo for $230

I would get an AMD Athlon X4 (the one for the FM2 socket)

and a decent FM2 motherboard

and like a GTX 750ti or even a 760. or if you rather AMD a R7-260X or a R7-265 or possibly a R9-270

The athlon X4 760K(i think) is the best price/performance CPU right now. SO i would buy the cpu, a mobo for it(something you know wont break in two weeks). and then get the highest end graphics card you can afford for it. (but i wouldnt go higher than a GTX 770/equivelent AMD card tbh)
