Reformat thumb drive back to its original storage state

kupori

As the topic says, I formatted my 32GB Sandisk Ultra thumb drive for chrome OS as I wanted to try it out. After trying everything out, I wanted to reformat the thumb drive back to its 32 GB, but now it can only be formatted to 1GB.

Is there a way to totally restore my thumb drive to its original 32GB of storage?

Thanks in advance!

Try formatting it with diskpart using the following tutorial, don't pay attention to the title.

If it doesn't work then please tell me at what step it goes wrong.
