Shooting for that Mad Scientist look Noctua Style

ManBehrPig

So the damage is already done and I've gone and created a high performance uncolor coordinated rig with a blue and black mobo, red graphics card and brown fans. While I still think it looks beastly how can I mod it to give it more of a Mad Scientist feel for this Frankenstein Machine? (As currently configured)

Really, no suggestions? I'm aware of most of the tools out there but I wanted to see how creative the forum could get. Do a little brainstorming.

But to be fair I'm dealing with an Intel i7 4930k, not a Xeon.

Not to mention clearance issues.

paint your mobo and gpu noctua colors,

HA! God, can you just imagine. Lost in a sea of brown. Sounds like it could be part of a remake of The Shawshank Redemption. "Andy Dufraine sprayed his way through a river of shit I can't imagine. Or maybe I just don't want to." LOL

Replace the psu and graphics card fans with Noctuas. Put the Noctua badge on the PCH heatsink.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

You could carefully paint over/plastidip over the red on the gpu to blue, replace the noctua fans with blue and black fans, and add these to the ram: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/dominator-platinum-light-bar-upgrade-kit

You could cover your PSU too.

If you want to keep the noctuas, do what I said minus the fan part, and replace the fans on the gpu and psu with noctua fans as @WoodenMarker suggested.

Those ram light bars I linked are badass too, I would get them no matter what.

madscientist mod requirements:

messy.

works good/barely.

does the job.

can be done better but not good enough.

dirty.

damaged.

looks dangerous.

doesn't look good.

looks dangerous.

isn't safe.

random stuff.

well, that is going to be hard but sounds possible, I wish you the best @ManBehrPig

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

Not quite sure what elicited the sarcasm from Brandon Smith (BSmith) but most likely just teenage angst materializing into douchieness. Hopefully life will slap em upside the head a few times to help him lose the shitty attitude.
