essentially some people would make it out of the stock with a gain or even a slight loss before a large majority would just sell to get something back instead of losing it all. the problem though with your prognosis is that you are looking at a billion dollar corporation that has ingrained itself into everyone's lives. they will not fail over night because of MSG. Plus they probably have a marketing team that is aware of possible failures and has plans to roll out new methods at a moments notice.

That sounds as bad as my girlfriend. She'll eat something even if it tastes horrible like the worst frozen dinner you can imagine to the point of feeling sick. I remind her that even though she is mindful on not wanting to waste food, eating food that makes her sick is terrible.

People do know what MSG is and kinda don't care, myself included. I don't eat fast food every day nor do I even see Mcdonalds as the best food around, but every so often I have a craving. All fast food is bad for you, but if you have it in moderation, it's fine. It actually bothers me when people act shocked that a quickly prepared burger with lots of grease and other additives with lots of calories is worst than home made, that's kind of a no-brainer. Fast food exist because you need something quick or don't feel like cooking. But again, fast food should be a now and thing treat. People who are obese who try to sue the fast food businesses sicken me. They knew full well what they were getting into and have no one else to blame but themselves.

 

tl;dr No one cares what's in fast food nor should they eat it every day. If it bothers you what's in fast food, don't eat it. Simple.

Everybody already knows McDonalds and all the other fast food places are terrible for you, they just don't care lol.  Just like sodas, buffets, cake, cigarettes, country music, drugs, tequilla, and so on.  They just don't care because people tend to not take their health seriously until something goes wrong.  MCD stock isn't going anywhere, and neither is Coke (KO), Altria Group (MO), and so on.

Just a little tidbit, those cheap pack of ramen, those are just as bad if not worse than something from Mcdonalds with the insanely high sodium in those flavour packets.

Mcdonalds isn't going anywhere, sorry. People know it's bad for them, just like cake, brownies, cheeseburgers, ribeyes, etc. Most people eat it in moderation.
