Favourite LaTeX Editor

Was just wondering what people on LTT use for LaTeX documents, I personally use vim.

 

Would love to get your opinions on different editors.

I could never take "LaTeX" seriously.... Though I'm also interested to know if there's a really good program for it though.

I too use vim and the commandline/scripts.

You know pretty much any typesetting business (Books, journals, magazines, etc.) use it right?

As for LaTEX editors, try MikTEX http://miktex.org/

I know. Just the name of it is what makes me thing of the actual material of whatever. >.>

vim user here too

 

A simple makefile with latexmk in as the default means I can quickly recompile
